Flexible usage options
Packs are valid for full use within the 5-year period from the purchase date
Packs can be used toward any of our available consulting services during the validity period
Clients can authorize multiple users within their team to access consulting hours available within a pack
Add-in more minutes at the original purchased pre-paid consulting pack rates anytime during the original validity period (subject to conditions)

Otherwise quarterly statements are provided. All sales of pre-paid consulting packs are final and no refund of unused or expired consulting minutes will be made available.
Step-by-step procedure
Client requests a quote for pre-paid consulting packs by sending us an email at projects@cansummit.ca indicating the pack(s) and the quantities they wish to purchase. Contact us for more information
CanSummit™ provides the client with a quote for review and approval
Client approves the quote and completes the purchase
CanSummit™ issues the purchased pre-paid consulting pack(s) in the Client’s name. Each pack comes with information on its unique identification number, client name, authorized users, purchase date, opening balance of consulting minutes, validity period, and expiry date
Client utilizes the consulting minutes available in a pack for any of our available consulting services as per normal procedure and agreed upon deliverables
